Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel extraordinary in your NADINE MERABI piece; if it is not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and still have all security tags and packaging attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item securely in its original branded box and shipping packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your pre-paid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives your return, we will inspect the garment and process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-10 business days.
